Designed for rated normal current and rated short-time withstand current up to 1250 A and 20 kA respectively, it integrates in unique and original way a circuit-breaker to a rotating isolator using an innovative method of vacuum technology’s circuit-breaker and visible isolation.

Isolator is made up of one-case isolated rotating body on which are fitted 6 moving contacts and 6 fixed contact fitted on multifunction insulators. Isolation function has obtained with a rotation of 90°of air isolation’s rotating part (vacuum circuit-breaker inside) as regards to fixed parts of isolator itself.

Operator’s inter ventions are often in difficult conditions and must be carried out as soon as possible. TGI proposes a real benefit in the interaction bet-ween operator and device. All essential functions to operate are present in an advanced direct way on device’s front panel. A mimic scheme shows directly all functions positions. Synoptic of mimic scheme is mechanical and free from any external power supply.
