Product Description
TGI is circuit-breaker, air insulated, which breaks in vacuum and isolates in air.
This circuit-breaker doesn’t use SF6 gas.
The characteristics are:

TGI gives serious thought all the aspects concerning the Operator’s safety: it prevents the operator’s mistakes in the sequence of the control operations and it interact intelligently with the operator. TGI is simple, without complex mechanisms or tangled controls, and it is in conformity with any functional and safety’s aspects. TGI re-proposes visible isolation’s safety and respects sequence of ope- rations clearly requested by technical specifications of several Public Power and Transmission Electricity Utilities that consider this sequence not eliminable :
- To open the circuit-breaker
- To open the isolator
- To close earthing switch
This sequence is realized by TGI with innovated method, with single body circuit-breaker - isolator, and it’s realized in safety. TGI is compact and light notwithstanding vacuum breaking conditions it’s combined with isolation in air, without SF6’s use, according environmental respect of Kyoto’s protocol and according with IS14000 Standard
